We appreciate it when our users submit requests through this form, since it allows us to keep track of our correspondences and provide you with better service. There is no advantage to emailing us through a different method. We read every support request that comes in and answer them in as timely a manner as we can. We are a small team, so please be patient if you do not get a response right away.
While we'd love to answer the phone and talk person to person, we simply don't have the staff for that, and, in most cases it's better to have an email trail so we can see what all we've talked about. As we grow to be a world-dominating force, we will add more and more people and will eventually have live phone and chat available. Until then, we will work very hard to answer your emails as quickly as possible during work hours 9-5 Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
