How do I change my username/email or associated user ID?

You can change your email address and associated user ID through your Soundtoys account. Just log in, click on the "Profile" tab, and then click on the "Edit" button next to the field you want to change.

It's important to make sure you have the correct user ID when you edit it. It's possible to log into your iLok account with your email address, but have a different user ID. The easiest way to check this is to log into the iLok License Manager and use what's displayed in the blue box in the upper left hand corner of the window. It should look something like the photo below.
