My iLok is lost/stolen/broken. How do I get my Soundtoys licenses back?
Yikes! Well, first you need to contact iLok.com and file a report, then send us the RMA number from that incident report. We will review the case and if all is clear we will issue new licenses right away. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR iLOK. We do not guarantee any time frame and reserve the right to refuse to re-issue authorizations. We have never had to do that, but there are a lot of unpleasant people who try to take advantage of pleasant people.
