I used my activation code but my license is not in my iLok account. What can I do?

If this happened, you ended up using your activation code outside of an iLok account, which means you probably can't find it in your Soundtoys account either. This is a pretty easy problem to fix that just requires "Taking Ownership" of the license in the iLok License Manager. You can find instructions on how to do this in this article.
