If you are currently running version 5.2.3, we recommend logging into your account to download 5.2.4 as soon as possible.
The 5.2.3 update (released June 4, 2018) included a change to the file names of the following plug-ins: Devil-Loc, Devil-Loc Deluxe, Little Radiator, Little MicroShift, Little PrimalTap, EchoBoy Jr., Little AlterBoy, Sie-Q, and Little Plate. This change established consistent plug-in names across all hosts but caused two issues. On Mac systems, some older sessions saved with VST versions of those plug-ins would crash on recall. On Windows systems, sessions saved in Samplitude, Maschine, and FL Studio would not recall the plug-ins that had undergone the name change.
On June 5, 2018, the 5.2.3 installers were pulled from user accounts and replaced with 5.2.0, and on June 13, 2018, version 5.2.4 was released, which includes all of the same updates and bug fixes as 5.2.3, minus the name-change update that was causing issues. All users with 5.2.0 installed should be able to update to 5.2.4 with no issues. You can read the updates on our release log.
The only known issue with the 5.2.4 update is for sessions created in Samplitude, Maschine, or FL Studio on Windows systems with version 5.2.3 of the plug-ins that had undergone the file-name changes, in which there may be recall issues after installing 5.2.4. Please write into support if you are having trouble loading those sessions.
