It's important to make sure you have the correct iLok user ID when you edit it. It's possible to log into your iLok account with your email address, but have a different user ID. The easiest way to check this is to log into the iLok License Manager and use what's displayed in the blue box in the upper left hand corner of the window. It should look something like the photo below.
