How do I change my email or iLok.com account?

You can update your iLok.com user ID through your Soundtoys account. Just log in, click on the iLok Accounts tab, and then click on the button next to the field you want to change. Our account system now supports multiple iLok.com accounts, so you can add a second iLok.com account via the iLok Accounts tab.

It's important to make sure you have the correct iLok.com user ID when you edit it. It's possible to log into your iLok account with your email address, but have a different user ID. The easiest way to check this is to log into the iLok License Manager and use what's displayed in the blue box in the upper left-hand corner of the window. It should look something like the photo below.
